Individual Counselling Rate

Face-to-Face and Video

  • Full fee $115 per session

Family Counselling Rate

  • Full fee $155 per session + $30 Additional person

Consultations are 50 minutes in duration for Individuals and Couples. (Pricing* is per session) ​

Family groups are charged the Full or Concession rate for Couples (2 people) plus $30 for additional person. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

Concession rate for eligible concession card holders.

Half sessions (less than 25 minutes) are available to ongoing clients. Sessions must be pre-booked prior to commencement of session. Fees are charged at 50%.

Fees for VOCAT/FAS and WorkSafe (WorkCover) clients are based on the Victims of Crime and WorkCover Authority Victoria fee schedules.

Private Health Funds

Members holding certain levels of coverage/extras with the following health funds may be entitled to rebates from their providers. Please check directly with your health fund provider first.

WorkSafe Victoria (WorkCover Authority Victoria)

Clients that have had their WorkCover claim approved can access up to 12 hours or six months of individual counselling sessions. A medical practitioner (GP) must provide a referral for initial treatment. WorkSafe can pay for counselling services delivered In Person or via Telehealth.

Counselling for injured workers offers psychological support to aid in their rehabilitation, recovery, and return to work.

Victims of Crime / Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

The Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is replacing the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT). The Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is the Victorian government-funded scheme providing financial assistance to victims of violent crime (including primary, secondary, and related victims). This can include payment of counselling sessions.
